The markets opened flat and managed to show steady strength throughout the day. The closing has been just below crucial resistance levels. Crucial because these levels if crossed would help the markets to gallop to the all time high levels in the days to come. For today watch support coming in @ 17456 for the Sensex and 5295 for the Nifty. Resistance comes in @ 17641 for the Sensex and 5350 for the Nifty. Choppiness could be witnessed today but if the indices manage to stay above and close above the resistance mentioned then could signal bullish sentiment coming back to the markets.
